General Description:

The production associate is an entry level position performing a wide range of production tasks within various departments in a team environment. Production associates are in charge of ensuring correct quality control of materials and end products produced by the company, as well as overseeing the quantities and types of materials used to create these products. They are also responsible for operating production line equipment, finishing products and reporting any issues with equipment directly to the production supervisor.

Reports to: Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assemble goods on production lines
• Monitor the production process
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks
• Store goods and raw materials properly in our stockrooms
• Use a pallet jack and forklift truck to fulfill orders
• Help in the packing of goods to be shipped
• Maintain work areas and equipment
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the production floor, including but not limited to the associate lounge and bathrooms
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

• 1+ years’ experience in production and manufacturing is preferred
