ALIGNMENT SYSTEM FOR BOOM MOUNTED ROCK DRILLS

The TERRA J2 Angle Detection System is designed for 1 or 2 boom Jumbo drills aiding in drilling accurate blast hole patterns for mining.
• The TERRA J2 Angle Detection System aids the operator in machine setup of difficult compound Ring and Dump angles.
• The TERRA J2 Angle Detection System indicates drill’s string table position in all three axis horizontal and vertical as well as the azimuth.
The Terra J2 system can be installed as an add-on for most makes and models.
• Hole data saved to system.
• Lessens the need for alignment markers.
• Real-time angle reference.
• Simple on site installation.

TILT Vertical Plane Measurement (Up/Down)
Tilt monitors and displays the Tilt Angle of the drill steel center line in relation to level ground. Measurements are in degrees.

SWING Azimuth Plane Measurement (Left/Right)
Swing monitors and displays the Swing Angle (azimuth) of the drill steel center line in relation to the boom’s center line.
Measurements are in degrees.

LT/RT 2 Axis of Inclination when Drilling (Up/Down)
LT/RT monitors and displays the Left and Right Tilt Angle of the drill steel center line in relation to the boom’s plum center line.
Measurements are in degrees.
