DTI’s custom cast polymers (silicone and urethane mold rubbers) are of the highest quality offering degrees of flexibility, hardness, and durability.

DTI’s custom casting and potting is combined with our 3D printing for accurate, ruggidized components and parts.

Cast polymers are unique: they typically don’t have fiber reinforcement and are designed to meet specific strength requirements of an application. Cast polymer molding is used to produce parts of any shape or size.
