ISO 9001 is the world’s most widely recognized Quality Management System (QMS). This International Standard specifies that Dragan Technologies Inc. has a management framework and set of principles that ensure a common-sense approach to consistently satisfy customers. In simple terms, it provides the basis for effective processes and effective people to deliver an effective product or service each and every time. At DTI we take great pride and are ever striving to meet ISO standards and to continuously improve.

Quality is an integral part of Dragan Technologies Inc. (DTI) Business Principles. These principles guide our actions to deliver products and services that are safe, compliant and preferred. They are essential for the achievement of our ambition to be recognized and trusted to offer products and solutions that focus on individual customer needs. At DTI our commitment is to never compromise on the safety, compliance and quality of our products and services. This requires all team members to be engaged, to understand their responsibility and to be empowered to take action in order to protect our customers and our brands. At DTI we adhere to the following principles:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide superior solutions and products to our customers, focused on their needs
  • Establish and follow a quality management system
  • Communicate this system within the company and where relevant to our key partners

WARRANTY

Dragan Technologies Inc. (“DTI”) offers the following limited warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship to the original purchaser for its DTI products.

General Conditions

1. EXCEPT FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, DTI MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

2. DTI provides a non-transferrable, general limited warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship for products sold by DTI for the period of one (1) year.  A full limited warranty for the period of one year shall mean that DTI will, at its discretion, either replace or repair any defects in the materials and/or workmanship of DTI products that had been sold to the original purchaser, if the defect occurs within the fully warranted period.  Repair or replacement under the terms of this limited warranty shall not provide a right to extension or renewal of the warranty period.

The non-transferrable, general limited warranty provided by DTI shall not apply to defects or damages that are due, directly or indirectly, to accident, Act of God, abuse or misuse (including but not limited to the failure to use the DTI product for its normal purposes or in accordance with DTI’s instructions on installation and usage), negligence, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, tampering, servicing, repairs or modifications, servicing, repairs or modifications performed or attempted by third parties, fire or water, nor shall it apply to any DTI product which has been modified in any fashion.

3. It is understood and agreed that DTI’s liability and the original purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy, whether in contract, under warranty, in tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall not exceed the cost of DTI to repair or replace any defects in materials and/or workmanship in its DTI products, pursuant to section 2 of the general conditions.  Under no circumstances shall DTI be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profits, revenues, wages or savings, or loss or damage to equipment) or other damages, including death or injury to person or property, and whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, arising from the sale or use (or inability to use) of the products sold by DTI, even if DTI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.  The price stated for the DTI product is deemed to be consideration in limiting DTI’s liability and the original purchaser’s remedy.

4. It is further understood and agreed that the original purchaser shall be responsible for shipping any DTI product with defects in the materials and/or workmanship back to DTI for inspection and/or repair.  All warranty inspections and repairs must first be approved by DTI, and DTI shall not be responsible for any shipping charges or shipping damage to DTI products sent to DTI under warranty, as well as for any shipping charges or shipping damage to DTI products returned to the original purchaser by DTI.  DTI shall also not be responsible for the loss of any DTI products while in transit.

5. It is further understood and agreed that warranty repairs must be carried out by DTI.  Therefore, DTI shall not be responsible for any costs incurred by the original purchaser in their personal attempts to repair and/or troubleshoot a DTI product which has defects in its materials and/or workmanship.
